ANTONIO DE BASSI is born: pianist, playwright and composer. He fully displayed his talent when tango came out of the barrios and entered the stages of the city center. He composed the music of almost 400 works of the Creole theater: many with an easy tune. One of them became a classic when Homero Manzi changed its lyrics. Let’s listen.
