CARLOS POSADAS dies. Musician educated at the conservatory. Afro-American. He is a clear example of the important role played by Afro-Americans in the beginnings of tango. It is unknown exactly how many themes he composed, perhaps around eighty, the majority of them is appropriate for dancing, like EL RETIRAO and CORDON DE ORO. And this other one that truly makes you get up from your chair.

♫ EL TAMANGO. Aníbal Troilo (1941)
