Calendario Milonguero

On this date Carlos Di Sarli recorded for the only time a beautiful tango: EL ESTAGIARIO. Its strange title for the Spanish language is an adaptation of the French word “stagiaire”, meaning intern or trainee, also apprentice with little or no pay. This adaptation was made by its author, the Uruguayan Martín Álvarez Lasala, who was a diplomat in Paris.
